The air conditioned/heated space is an entire level with access to a covered porch, porch swing, and beautiful roomy backyard, with a fire pit, gas grill, and water feature to enjoy. Rooms are all very large, with nearly 2000 Sq ft. of space. You'll have a great room with a pool table and 60" TV, which is a fantastic place to hang out. Also includes two lg. bedrooms with King beds in each, a kitchenette, and dining room. (Two futons also make into beds in the living room area for additional people.) This level was designed with meeting your needs as guests: Both lg. bedrooms have Tempra Pedic King mattresses; a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and instant hot water; dining area; internet; cable TV w/surround sound speakers; a pool table.
